Signature Service GMAC Real Estate
Signature Service GMAC was one of the first company websites we did. We were brought in originally to do all the ‘grunt’ work. Eventually we were being asked to consult on everything, we ended up developing mock up websites that would serve all of there needs and we came up with this site. The focus for the client was for the site to be clean, sharp and white. Signature Service GMAC knew a lot about the web and we didn’t have a lot of trouble at all explaining what we were doing and why we were doing it. Currently the site is being redeveloped with WebStar Content in full control over everything. We plan on putting up a temporary website over the summer and showcasing an award winning website by mid August.
Banknerd.ca
BankNerd.ca is our little gem around here. WebStar Content has been with BankNerd.ca since the beginning; the client approached us and asked that we help them develop the best online venue for consumers on the Canadian banking industry. We went to work right away and actually got the site launched in a weeks time! We help BankNerd.ca by managing the site and we also help develop content for them. Currently BankNerd.ca has only been around for roughly a month and is already generating huge amounts of traffic and we are only in phase one out of 5 phases! This site has plenty of potential and we definitely are looking forward to the traffic that it is going to create.
Signature Service Finanacial
Signature Service Financial is the financial arm of Signature Service GMAC Real Estate. Signature Service Financial provides all the mortgages in Ontario and out West in Alberta and Saskatchewan. The client stated that they preferred to have the site have a box looking feel and to have an application to apply for a mortgage on the homepage. After hammering out several mock ups we came to a decision on the current layout and design. The site has all the proper call outs since the apply online button is in the header and will show on every page on the site. They also have a financial ‘rant’ section where the broker will rant about the financial system. This hasn’t been completed but I known it will be up in the summer. Webstar Content was involved in everyday on this and continues to assist Signature Service Financial; we recently helped them develop a marketing campaign for first time home buyers. The broker provided all the content we just implemented SEO techniques in the content. We continue to work with Signature Service Financial and enjoy there countless compliments for the work we have done for them.
